How is shipping calculated?
Shipping charges are usually determined by the weight of your order. It
doesn't matter where in the United States you're shipping to; everyone
is able to share equally in our low shipping costs. The cost of shipping
is added to the price of our products. The shipping charge will show up
as a separate line on your order summary. There are exceptions, however.
If the shipping cost is included in the price of the product, this will
be clearly indicated for you along with all of the other product information.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you live in Texas (where GiftModerne.com is based), you have to pay
sales tax. Otherwise, no.
When will my credit card
be billed?
Your credit card will be billed when you order the product.
How long will it take to
receive the items I order?
That depends. Most of our products are shipped via US Postal service using
Priority Mail. All our products ship directly from GiftModerne.com and
will take 2-5 days from ordering when in stock.
Can you send me a catalog?
Our Web site is our catalog. In addition to saving trees and mailing costs,
putting our extensive catalog on the Internet keeps it continually up
to date.
Will I get on any mailing
lists if I place an order?
Yes. We periodically send e-mail to our database, but you can opt out
by indicating that you don't want to receive mail, or by sending e-mail
to info@giftmoderne.com

We strive to offer our customers superior products at exceptional value.
If, however, the merchandise we deliver does not meet your needs, you
may request a refund or replacement.
Most merchandise qualifies for a refund within ten (10) days of receipt.
Customers are responsible for a 15% restocking fee on undamaged, non-defective
products. GiftModerne.com and its vendors do not resell used and/or opened
merchandise. We therefore assess a 15% restocking fee on all undamaged,
non-defective returned products. If an item is damaged or defective at
the time of receipt, GiftModerne.com will cover your return shipping costs
and issue a replacement or refund. Otherwise, customers are responsible

All undamaged, non-defective return products must be in their original
box and in like-new condition to qualify for a refund. Any accompanying
manuals and/or accessories must be returned with the product. Customers
must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) from GiftModerne.com Customer
Service Department within the appropriate time frame to receive a timely
replacement or refund. To obtain a RA#, e-mail customerservice@giftmoderne.com.
Please return the merchandise within 10 business days after we issue the
RA#. Customers may cancel their order up until the product is shipped.
By placing an order, GiftModerne.com customers acknowledge acceptance
of these terms.

their specific terms and conditions. Please read this information carefully.
